The chimes lead me to my last sunrise
My curtain call, no hope for a reprise
Given the chance to decide,
I’m starting to think that no one wants to die

Those hooks are far too deep!
This yearning, now burning it turns to rust. Encased in oxide
This yearning, turned loathing, now fully transposing my soul into matter that’s hard to describe

At the cusp of conceit the path becomes unclear
Lead blindly by the chimes never questioning what brought me here

Consistent is the will to become truly unbound

The astral lord sits atop his throne
