About This Song
About "Walk On By" by The Hacker
The Hacker's 'Walk On By' is a sleek, cold-wave elegy to avoidance. Built on a relentless, mechanical pulse and icy synth lines, it captures the paradox of moving forward while standing still. There's a quiet menace in its detachment—the calm of someone who has decided not to feel, and the unease that decision leaves behind.
