About "Oboe Concerto No. 2 "Moonlight": II. Folly" by Baltimore Symphony Orchestra
Titled 'Folly,' this oboe concerto movement dances with a wry, theatrical wink. The Baltimore Symphony frames the solo line in elegant, slightly off-kilter colors—charming but unstable, like a court jester whose smile doesn't quite reach the eyes. Lightness with a shadow.
