About This Song

About "Mozart: Horn Concerto No. 4 in E-Flat Major, K. 495: II. Romance. Andante cantabile" by Barry Tuckwell

Barry Tuckwell's horn sings a lullaby of polished brass, Mozart's 'Romance' suspended in amber light. The orchestra breathes beneath him like a calm sea, but the melody's gentle ornamentation hints at melancholy—a serenity so perfect it feels borrowed, and therefore fragile.
