About This Song
About "Amiga Morena" by Afric Simone
A lilting, sun-dappled groove with a Latin lilt, this is a love letter to a dark-haired muse. Simone's warmth is palpable, but a wistful accordion line undercuts the sweetness, hinting at distance and longing beneath the bright melody.
