About This Song
About "Stay, Don't Go" by Artie Kaplan
Stay, Don’t Go is a plea wrapped in a soft-focus melody, Kaplan’s voice cracking with desperate tenderness. The arrangement sighs with strings and muted horns, capturing the moment a lover’s back turns—the ache of a doorway, the silence after a slammed car door, the hollow echo of maybe.
