About "The Men of the West" by The Clancy Brothers
'The Men of the West' is a rallying cry, its martial rhythm and proud harmonies stirring the blood. The Clancy Brothers sing it with unwavering conviction, the west of Ireland evoked as a stronghold of defiance. It's a song of resistance, the calm resolve in the voices belying the fire beneath.
