About This Song
About "Concerto for 3 Trumpets, 2 Oboes, Timpani, Strings and Continuo in D : Telemann: Concerto for 3 Trumpets, 2 Oboes, Timpani, Strings and Continuo in D: 4. Largo" by Celia Nicklin
After the trumpets' blaze, this Largo is a sudden exhale—a still chamber within Telemann's ceremonial architecture. The oboes step forward, their lines intertwined like slow-turning vines, while timpani and brass recede into shadow. It's the calm after triumph, tinged with something close to introspection.
