About This Song
About "Journey In Satchidananda" by Alice Coltrane
'Journey In Satchidananda' floats on a river of harp and tamboura, Alice Coltrane guiding a transcendent voyage. The groove is hypnotic, Pharoah Sanders' saxophone crying like a distant bird. There's a serene unease here—a pilgrimage through inner space where beauty and longing intertwine.
