About This Song
About "Banjo Rock and Roll" by Boyd Bennett
Bennett hijacks the hillbilly banjo and hot-wires it to a rockabilly engine. 'Banjo Rock and Roll' is a hayloft rave-up, the plucked strings snapping like firecrackers over a driving backbeat—pure, unpretentious joy with a grin that knows it's breaking the rules.
