About This Song
About "Forget Him (Rerecorded)" by Bobby Rydell
A polished sixties pop plea, all clean lines and heartbreak. Rydell’s vocal is a bright, desperate ache, the melody a sugar-coated pill of jealousy. Tension between sweet harmony and bitter message—a calm surface over churning adolescent turmoil. Forget him, indeed.
