About "Miserere mei, Deus" by Andrew Parrott
Allegri's 'Miserere mei, Deus' is a lament of exquisite agony, its soaring soprano line a cry in a marble chapel. Andrew Parrott's interpretation honors the work's mystery, balancing penitence with ethereal beauty. The music hangs in the air like incense—fragile, timeless, and profoundly moving.
