About This Song
About "Carnaval, Op. 9 : Schumann: Carnaval, Op. 9 - 1. Préambule" by Bella Davidovich
The 'Préambule' to Carnaval bursts open like a music box wound too tight—Davidovich hurls its fanfare forward, all brass and glitter. Yet within the flourish, a shadow: the sense of a crowd gathering before a beautiful, chaotic unraveling.
