About This Song
About "Stallin'" by Betty Taylor
Betty Taylor stalls with purpose, her voice a pendulum swinging between coy and commanding. The groove is a traffic jam of desire, each pause a tease. It’s the tension of a held breath, stretched into a delicious, funky delay.
