About This Song
About "Boy On The Moon" by Benjamin William Hastings
Whimsical yet melancholic, this track casts a boy on the moon as a metaphor for isolation. Hastings pairs a lilting melody with a spacious, starry production, the distance between earth and satellite mirroring the quiet estrangement of a soul looking down on a world it can't rejoin.
