About This Song
About "As Children We Grew" by The Who
A gentle, almost baroque meditation on lost innocence, with arpeggiated guitars that shimmer like light through a dusty window. The melancholy is understated, a quiet sigh rather than a sob. It's nostalgia without the rose-tinted filter.
