About "I Wish I Wanted To" by Ashley Campbell
Ashley Campbell threads a needle of longing here, her voice a quiet ache against sparse, roots-tinged arrangement. The title itself is a confession—a wish for desire that won't arrive. It's the tension between what the heart wants and what it simply cannot muster, rendered with devastating restraint.
