About "No Matter Who's To Blame - Alternate Version (1)" by Barbara Pittman
This alternate take of 'No Matter Who's To Blame' feels looser, more frayed at the edges. Pittman's vocal is a shrug in audio form—the blame game played out over a shuffling beat and a guitar that can't quite decide between comfort and chaos. It's a portrait of resignation with a backbeat.
