About This Song
About "Jivin'" by Artie Kaplan
A loose-limbed strut through jazz-funk territory, 'Jivin'' swings with a mischievous grin. Brassy stabs and a walking bassline evoke a smoky club where the floorboards flex under dancing feet, balancing swagger with a hint of late-night melancholy.
