About This Song
About "Rats" by Toxic Shock
'Rats' scampers through Toxic Shock's hyperironic punk. The title evokes infestation—gnawing, multiplying anxiety. Guitars scratch like tiny claws, drums scuttle. There's a grim humor in the chaos: the calm of denial versus the unease of knowing the walls are alive with vermin.
