About "Schubert: String Quartet No. 14 in D Minor, D. 810 "Death and the Maiden": II. Andante con moto" by Artemis Quartet

Schubert's 'Death and the Maiden' Andante is a slow, hypnotic march toward the grave. The Artemis Quartet find the eerie serenity inside the dread—a lullaby with a knife hidden in its folds, calm and menace in perfect balance.
