About This Song
About "Moving on Up (On the Right Side)" by Beverley Knight
Knight’s ‘On the Right Side’ version trades gloss for grit, a slower-burning soul groove. The ascent feels earned, each note a step up a steep staircase—hope glinting like a streetlight through rain, determined but not naïve.
