About This Song
About "Yepes: Romance "Jeux interdits" (Arr. Yepes for Guitar)" by Narciso Yepes
The same romance, recontextualized: Yepes’s arrangement for solo guitar strips the melody to its bones. Each phrase hangs in the air like smoke after a fire, a fragile beauty that feels both ancient and urgently modern. Calm, yes—but a calm that trembles.
