About This Song
About "Black Cow" by Booka Shade
Booka Shade's 'Black Cow' is no Steely Dan cover but a deep-house mutation: a rubbery bassline lopes through fog-thick chords, evoking a midnight dairy run on a haunted autobahn. The mood is sleek and unsettled, a velvet glove hiding a twitching hand.
