About This Song
About "Thus in the Winter" by Christopher Tin
Thus in the Winter' wraps cold around the listener: sparse instrumentation, a voice brittle as frost. Tin finds the tension between seasonal silence and the memory of song, each note a bare branch against a pale, unforgiving sky.
