About This Song
About "Lead On O King Eternal" by Sara Groves
A processional with dust on its boots, this hymn becomes a march through fog. Groves's delivery is steady but weary, the melody pushing forward like a pilgrim who knows the road but not the destination. The tension lies between royal command and human frailty—a king leading, a child following.
