About This Song
About "Sweet and mellow" by Boulou Ferre
Sweet and mellow, yes—but with a sly undercurrent of longing. The guitar's tone is honeyed, the rhythm unhurried, yet something bittersweet lingers in the phrasing, a calm exterior barely containing a sigh.
