About "Spanisches Liederbuch, Pt. 2 : Wolf: Spanisches Liederbuch, Pt. 2: No. 10, Wunden trägst du, mein Geliebter (Arr. Stravinsky)" by Ann Murray
Wolf’s ‘Wunden trägst du’ (arr. Stravinsky) is a stark, wounded prayer, Ann Murray’s voice tracing the stigmata of divine love. The Spanish liederbuch’s mystical ache—a body marked by grace—is distilled into spare, haunting phrases. A quiet, bleeding devotion.
