About This Song
About "Ambassel" by Dub Colossus
A shimmering, minor-key dub excursion, 'Ambassel' nods to a traditional Ethiopian scale. Dub Colossus builds a slow, ceremonial groove—horns keening over a deep, patient bass. The tension is between ancient melody and modern echo, a reverent nod to heritage wrapped in cavernous space.
