About "La ragazza di Trieste" by Riz Ortolani
Riz Ortolani's 'La ragazza di Trieste' is a cinematic lament, its orchestral swell evoking a lonely woman wandering fog-draped streets. The score balances romantic strings with a haunting oboe, capturing the tension between desire and isolation—a portrait of beauty shadowed by melancholy.
