About This Song
About "Allons, allons les enfants" by Colette Dereal
Colette Dereal leads a children's chorus through a sunlit parade of innocence, yet the minor-key undertow hints at the world's looming shadows. A nursery rhyme with a knowing wink, it balances playful gait with a poignant awareness that childhood's march is always toward goodbye.
