About "In the Bleak Midwinter, H.73, No. 1" by Balthasar Neumann Chor
Holst's 'In the Bleak Midwinter' receives a hushed, intimate treatment. The choir evokes frost on windowpanes, breath visible in cold air. Yet within the bleakness, a tender warmth blooms—the miracle of the manger rendered not as spectacle but as a quiet, human moment.
