About "Take It Easy Greasy" by Bobby Charles
A playful Cajun shuffle, 'Take It Easy Greasy' finds Bobby Charles grinning through a greasy-spoon haze. The title is a teasing command, all buttered charm and sly humor. The tune rolls like a lazy river, its easy groove masking a mischievous glint, a wink shared over a plate of something fried.
