About This Song
About "Il Bajazet, Act I: Solea dir" by Auser Musici
Solea dir—'I used to say'—opens a door onto memory, the melody lingering like perfume in an empty room. Auser Musici shapes the Baroque line with bittersweet hesitation, each ornament a backward glance at a self no longer present.
