About This Song
About "Mister Jones" by Big Al Downing
A mysterious character sketch with a country-funk pulse, Mister Jones is a cipher in a fedora. Downing's narrator watches from the shadows, suspicion and fascination intertwined. The groove slinks like a private eye's tail, leaving the listener to wonder who's really being followed.
