How The Story Ends

Looking around, it's hard to believe my eyes
Feels like a fight and everyone's picking sides
And it's overwhelming watching it all play out
The same old same thing, but I don't listen now

They can say the sky is falling
But you don't have to fear, my friend
The sun will rise again tomorrow
And we know how the story ends
We know how the story ends
(Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh)
You don't have to fear, my friend
We know how the story ends

So don't take the bait when they say that it's all hopeless
Just breathe in the light, it's time to take back your focus
When it's overwhelming, you can hold my hand
When the weight gets heavy, we know there's a bigger plan

They can say the sky is falling
But you don't have to fear, my friend
The sun will rise again tomorrow
And we know how the story ends
We know how the story ends
(Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh)
You don't have to fear, my friend
We know how the story ends

(Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh)
You don't have to fear, my friend
We know how the story ends

Throw your cares out the window
Feel alive when you let go
Even in the mess, there is happiness
Somewhere over the rainbow
Throw your cares out the window
Feel alive when you let go
Even in the mess, there is happiness
Somewhere over the rainbow

They can say the sky is falling (falling)
But you don't have to fear, my friend
(You don't have to fear, my friend)
The sun will rise again tomorrow (oh)
And we know how the story ends
We know how the story ends
(Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh)
You don't have to fear, my friend
We know how the story ends

(Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh)
You don't have to fear, my friend
We know how the story ends
