About This Song
About "Arizona Lady: Act I - " Kleines Cowboy-Lied, das die Welt durchzieht "" by Benno Kusche
A cowboy song that wanders like a lonesome prairie wind. The melody is simple, almost childlike, but its wistfulness cuts deep. Kusche delivers it with a tender irony, the wide-open spaces of Arizona echoing against the cramped, nostalgic longing of a European stage. Innocence and exile intertwine.
