About "Walkin' in New York" by Brenda Russell
Brenda Russell strolls through Manhattan with a syncopated bounce, horns and keys painting crosswalk lights and steam. 'Walkin’ in New York' is city-pop with a knowing glance—exhilarating yet slightly lonely, the rhythm of footsteps echoing against concrete, caught between motion and the need to belong.
