About "Fantaisies Nationales, Op. 59: No. 6 Hongrois" by Andras Adorjan
Adorjan attacks the Hungarian Fantasy with bravura and bite, the flute becoming a dancer stamping through shifting tempos. The 'Hongrois' flavor is vivid but never cartoonish—there's real tension between elegance and wildness, the performer holding the reins while the music strains to bolt.
