About "Dixit Dominus, HWV 232: II. Virgam virtutis tuae" by Balthasar Neumann Chor
Handel's Dixit Dominus bristles with martial energy in 'Virgam virtutis tuae.' The Balthasar-Neumann-Chor attacks the text with crisp, confident declamation, strings and voices locked in a dance of power. It's Baroque majesty with a sword's edge—glory and threat inseparable.
