About This Song
About "Jolivet : Sérénade for oboe, piano & wind quintet : II Caprice" by André Jolivet
A caprice for oboe and wind quintet that pirouettes on a knife's edge. The serenade's second movement is all arched eyebrows and playful feints, woodwinds trading sly, capricious gestures—charming on the surface, but with a wiry, unpredictable energy that keeps the listener off-balance.
