About This Song
About "Così fan tutte, Act I: Si mora, si, si mora (Recorded Salzburg, 1974)" by Brigitte Fassbaender
Recorded live in Salzburg, 1974, this Così fan tutte excerpt finds Fassbaender turning ‘Si mora’ into a dagger wrapped in silk. The ensemble crackles with fatalistic gaiety—Mozart’s wit sharpened to a point, where love’s comedy bleeds into something genuinely unsettling.
