About This Song
About "Le cucurbitacée (Remasterisé en 2020)" by Annie Cordy
A whimsical ode to the cucurbit—pumpkin, gourd, squash—delivered with Cordy's trademark comic timing. The music hall chanson bounces with absurd affection, finding unexpected tenderness in the vegetable patch, a silly smile masking life's quiet absurdities.
