About This Song
About "Chico" by Alex Da Kosta
Da Kosta names this track 'Chico' and lets a lithe, percussive groove do the talking—playful but edged with longing. The rhythm struts like a figure crossing a courtyard at dusk, confident on the surface, while a minor-key undercurrent suggests the glance that lingers a beat too long.
