About "Machaut: Missa de Notre Dame: I. Introitus - Gaudeamus omnes in Domino" by Andrew Parrott
Machaut's Introit opens with a solemn, stone-cool resolve, 'Gaudeamus omnes in Domino' echoing through a cathedral of the mind. Yet beneath the ritual calm, a quiet ache pulses—the tension between collective rejoicing and the solitary soul's trembling entry into the sacred.
