About "Elgar: Salut d'amour, Op. 12 (Transcr. for Cello & Piano)" by Cecile Licad
Elgar's Salut d'amour, transcribed for cello and piano, becomes a whispered valentine—warm, nostalgic, faintly bittersweet. Cecile Licad's piano cradles the cello's song, the melody swaying between innocent affection and the ache of memory.
