About "Stabat Mater, RV 621 : Vivaldi: Stabat Mater, RV 621: I. Stabat Mater – II. Cuius animam – III. O quam tristis" by Academy Of Ancient Music
Vivaldi's opening triptych unfurls with Academy of Ancient Music's period-precise strings—grief rendered architectural. The tension is devotional: soaring soprano lines against a walking bass that refuses to console. Stabat Mater as sacred drama, sorrow held at arm's length yet trembling with baroque precision.
