About "Sonata for 2 Pianos, FP 156 : Poulenc: Sonata for 2 Pianos, FP 156: 3. Andante lyrico" by Bracha Eden
Andante lyrico sings with bittersweet tenderness, the pianos entwined in a slow dance of longing. Poulenc's lyricism here is a balm, but a melancholy oneâbeauty shadowed by unease, like sunlight through a cracked window, warm yet hinting at fracture.
