About This Song
About "En Ukraine" by Yvette Giraud
Giraud paints Ukraine as a distant dreamscape—wheat fields trembling under an iron sky. The song's gentle sway masks a deeper unease, as if a lullaby were being sung at the edge of a storm. Exoticism and empathy collide in this haunting chanson.
