About ""Gottes Zeit ist die allerbeste Zeit" ("Actus tragicus"), BWV 106 : 3a. "In deine Hände befehl ich meinen Geist"" by Cantus Cölln
Commending the spirit into divine hands, this passage floats on a bed of serene counterpoint. The music is both a release and a clinging, the soul's final surrender rendered as a gentle harmonic dissolve. Unease lingers at the edges, but trust ultimately anchors the phrase.
